Remote Phone Representative

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Remote Phone Representative to join our growing remote team. You will engage prospective customers, introduce our insurance services, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for licensed life and health insurance agents across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Place 350–450 outbound calls daily using company CRM and dialing software.
• Communicate professionally with prospective customers and introduce available services.
• Schedule appointments for licensed insurance professionals.
• Follow established call procedures while maintaining engaging conversations.
• Address customer questions and handle common objections.
• Accurately update customer records and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Assist with additional phone support and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with clear verbal communication.
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone etiquette.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer, headset, and smartphone.
• Previous experience in phone support, call center, appointment setting, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
