Remote Outbound Caller – Work From Home

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Outbound Caller to join our fast‑paced team. From the comfort of your home you will make high‑volume calls to prospects, introduce our services and schedule qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using our CRM and dialer system.
• Follow a structured script, handle objections and qualify prospects.
• Book appointments directly in internal scheduling tools.
• Record call outcomes, lead status and appointment details accurately.
• Maintain consistent activity levels and meet performance targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions and team check‑ins.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a professional telephone presence.
• Strong interpersonal and active‑listening abilities.
• Comfortable making 350–450 calls daily and following a script.
• Reliable internet, power supply and a laptop/PC with a smartphone.
• Self‑discipline to stay focused while working remotely.
• Previous outbound calling or telemarketing experience is a plus, not required.
