Remote Outbound Caller

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Outbound Caller to join our growing remote team. You will contact prospective customers across the United States, introduce our life and health insurance services, answer general questions, and schedule appointments for licensed agents.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using CRM and auto‑dialing technology.
• Engage prospects professionally, explain the purpose of each call, and qualify interested individuals.
• Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents and record accurate call outcomes in the CRM.
• Handle objections, maintain high customer service standards, and meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training programs.
• Support additional outreach campaigns and administrative projects as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls in a goal‑driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer, headset, and smartphone.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
