Remote Nurse – AI Model Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Nurse to join our remote team focused on training and evaluating AI chatbots in healthcare. You will work independently, measuring model progress, assessing logic, and solving problems to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide diverse and complex healthcare-related problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model responses for correctness, performance, and medical accuracy.
• Measure progress of AI models and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Current or in‑progress medical degree (e.g., RN, NP, PA, or other qualified healthcare professional).
• Based in the United States.

Required skills

• Clinical expertise in nursing or related healthcare field.
• Ability to evaluate medical information for accuracy.
