Remote DevOps Engineering Intern

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as DevOps Engineering Interns. This remote internship provides hands‑on experience with modern cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration while working under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, deploying, and maintaining cloud‑based applications.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
• Work with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Help provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams.
• Maintain technical documentation following US professional standards.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn DevOps practices.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Linux commands and networking fundamentals.
• Programming or scripting experience, preferably Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) fundamentals.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD concepts.
• Awareness of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
