About the role
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Team Leader to oversee a distributed group of support representatives. In this role you will drive performance, coach team members, and ensure every customer interaction meets our high standards of service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and coach remote customer service agents.
- Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Provide timely feedback and performance support.
- Resolve escalated customer issues.
- Support workforce planning and scheduling activities.
- Promote service‑excellence initiatives across the team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service leadership.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing performance and KPIs.
- Ability to lead and motivate remote teams.
