Remote Customer Outreach Associate

About the role

Join a growing remote team as a Customer Outreach Associate, where you will connect with prospective customers across the United States and schedule appointments with licensed life and health insurance professionals. The position offers full-time, work‑from‑home flexibility and comprehensive training on modern CRM and auto‑dialing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and auto‑dialer.
• Engage prospects professionally, build rapport, and explain the purpose of the call.
• Answer basic questions and schedule qualified appointments directly onto agents' calendars.
• Follow approved call guides while keeping conversations natural.
• Document interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Assist with additional outreach and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English speaking and communication abilities.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet.
• Previous experience in customer service, outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, call‑center, sales support, or lead generation is helpful but not required.
