Remote Customer Care Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our fast‑growing team. Working from home, you will engage with customers and prospects over the phone, provide clear information about our services, and schedule qualified appointments while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and dialer system to reach customers and prospects.
• Deliver accurate information about available services and appointment opportunities.
• Follow scripted guidelines and established customer‑care procedures.
• Listen actively, address questions, and handle objections with patience.
• Identify qualified prospects and schedule appointments using internal tools.
• Document all interactions and outcomes in the CRM and keep lead records organized.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team check‑ins, and other support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent spoken communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional phone presence.
• Good listening, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Reliable internet connection, power supply, and a laptop/PC with a smartphone.
• Ability to stay focused and maintain professionalism while working remotely.
• Previous experience in customer care, call centers, sales or appointment‑setting is a plus but not mandatory.
