Remote Call Center Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dependable, customer‑focused Remote Call Center Associate to join our growing remote operations team. You will engage prospective customers, introduce our services, answer general inquiries, and schedule appointments for licensed life and health insurance professionals across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and dialing software.
• Engage prospects with professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy.
• Explain available services, answer general questions, and qualify interested individuals.
• Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents.
• Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Maintain high‑standard customer service in every interaction.
• Perform additional outreach and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Friendly, professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer, headset, and smartphone.
• Previous experience in call‑center or customer‑service roles is preferred but not required.
