About the role
Join Sphinx Life Solutions as a remote Business Development Agent, providing professional insurance consulting to clients who have requested assistance. You will build tailored policies, nurture client relationships, and grow your own book of business without cold calling.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients via phone and computer to assess their insurance needs.
- Design and present customized life, mortgage protection, final expense, retirement, and advanced market policies.
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of clients across multiple states.
- Represent a portfolio of 30+ top‑rated carriers and stay updated on product offerings.
- Collaborate with mentors and the agency’s support team for continuous improvement.
