Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

SG Services is seeking remote Appointment Setters to help B2B clients generate qualified sales meetings. You will engage decision‑makers across multiple industries using email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other outreach tools.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers in target companies.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and internal sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach scripts and messaging campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed weekly appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Computer with at least 8 GB RAM and an Intel i3 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet speed of 30 Mbps or higher, with backup connection.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Knowledge of sales engagement platforms.
