Remote Appointment Setter – B2B Sales Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join our B2B sales development team. You will help our clients generate qualified sales opportunities by reaching out to decision‑makers and scheduling meetings that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers across multiple industries.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and internal sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach scripts and messaging campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed weekly appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine campaigns and improve lead quality.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for outreach.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
• Computer with minimum 8 GB RAM and Intel i3 (or equivalent) processor.
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps, with backup connection and device.
