About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham is seeking motivated individuals to join its Admissions Team as Remote Admissions Representatives. In this high‑contact, phone‑based role you will help prospective students explore educational opportunities and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from prospective students and their families.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of University programs, admission requirements, and internal systems.
• Present information clearly about degree options, transfer pathways, tuition, and financial aid.
• Document interactions in the university’s CRM and follow up to move prospects through the enrollment funnel.
• Achieve enrollment targets while providing a consultative, customer‑focused experience.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in higher education and student success.
• Residency in one of the listed states and eligibility to work full‑time in the United States.
