Registered Nurse – TOSH Inpatient

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the TOSH Inpatient unit. This full‑time position provides direct patient care in a fast‑paced hospital environment, supporting the health and recovery of patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to inpatient individuals, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Document patient information accurately in accordance with hospital policies.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Arkansas.
• Eligibility to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively in an inpatient setting.
