Registered Nurse – Pre‑op/PACU (TOSH)

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the TOSH Pre‑operative and Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This is a day‑shift, on‑site position focused on delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients before and after surgery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the pre‑operative area and PACU.
• Monitor patient vital signs, manage post‑anesthesia recovery, and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Willingness to work day shift in an on‑site hospital setting.
