Registered Nurse – Dermatology Clinic

About the role

This position supports patient care in a dermatology clinic under the supervision of the clinic manager or director. The RN will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations and high‑quality patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and record vital signs, identify abnormal values, and report to the medical provider.
• Assist with patient arrival, procedures, scheduling, and discharge to maintain clinic flow.
• Prepare patients for examinations, observe for signs of abuse/neglect, and respond to emergencies according to policy.
• Perform non‑complex procedures such as dressing changes and point‑of‑care testing.
• Administer prescribed medications and vaccinations, manage medication inventory, and maintain proper storage logs.
• Collect, prepare, and secure specimens for testing or transport.
• Document clinical tasks, test results, and procedures accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Ensure patient privacy, safety, and a clean working environment.
• Support compliance with infection control, quality improvement, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
