Regional Property Manager – Active Adult

Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead its Active Adult portfolio in Houston, Texas. The role oversees performance, profitability and tenant satisfaction across multiple communities, driving strategic initiatives and financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties and review financial, market and operational reports to ensure goals are met.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support leaders to improve asset and team performance.
• Implement local and national operational initiatives and ensure adoption of revised protocols.
• Manage budgets, prepare and present performance reports to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly and implement retention programs.
• Work with leasing teams to develop marketing strategies, achieve optimal occupancy and reduce vacancy.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure properties are well‑maintained and regulatory compliant.
