Quantitative Proteomics Summer Internship

About the role

The IDeA National Resource for Quantitative Proteomics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is offering a summer internship for undergraduate students. Interns will join a research team in the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute and contribute to projects that generate proteomic data relevant to human health.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing biological samples for mass spectrometry analysis.
• Operate state-of-the-art mass spectrometers under supervision.
• Collect and process proteomic data using laboratory software.
• Collaborate with faculty and scientists to interpret results.
• Document experimental procedures and findings.

Required profile
