Quality Control Team Member – Manufacturing (Shift 1)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control team member to join our manufacturing plant on the first shift (5 am – 3:30 pm). The role focuses on ensuring every printed and die‑cut product meets strict quality standards before it moves to the next production stage.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality checks throughout the production process, including proofs, color standards, and bar‑code readability.
• Conduct the Sutherland Rub Test and verify barcode scans after each run.
• Confirm that the Line Clear Procedure is completed at each department transition.
• Inspect registrations, cracked scores, and other die‑cut specifications.
• Check gluing, folding, and labeling accuracy, and create case/roll labels.
• Monitor overall quality levels and promptly report any concerns to the Plant Manager.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and pride in precision.
• Experience in the printing or die‑cutting industry.
• Ability to work the first shift (5 am – 3:30 pm) and start immediately.
