QA Assurance Specialist L2

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a QA Assurance Specialist L2 to join its Tangier plant. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and accuracy of quality data, managing calibration activities, and supporting continuous improvement within the automotive manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calibration activities according to the calibration plan, ensuring data reliability and equipment distribution.
• Perform data analysis, define action plans for discrepancies, and communicate/escalate issues to responsible parties.
• Oversee MSA activities and produce daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports.
• Monitor QA indicators such as PPM and DPM via the PQP file.
• Coordinate teardown activities, respect planning, and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Execute MPSO coordination and ensure compliance with internal/external procedures, customer specifications, and IATF requirements.
• Lead QCC planning and execution, and support IATF preparation within the Quality Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong problem‑solving, effective communication, and adaptability skills.
