Project Manager (TikTok LIVE Commerce)

About the role

Puff Media Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the operational side of TikTok LIVE commerce campaigns and events. You will be the backbone of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timelines, trackers, and processes keep the team moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project management for 2–4 concurrent campaigns or events.
• Build and maintain internal trackers, timelines, and SOPs using Notion, Lark/Feishu, and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including operations, talent, business development, and client‑facing groups.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers without waiting for direction.
• Support event and campaign logistics such as vendor coordination, creator outreach, and scheduling.
• Document workflows and create reusable processes as the company scales.
• Report project status to leadership on a regular basis.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of project or program management experience, preferably in an agency, events, or e‑commerce environment.
• Systems‑oriented mindset with a passion for building structure from scratch.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Detail‑obsessed yet capable of moving quickly when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion.
• Experience using Lark or Feishu.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000.
