Project Manager

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of multi‑year technology investments. You will act as the central point of contact for the program, ensuring accurate and timely information flow while collaborating with cross‑functional leaders across Operations, Business Agility, Technology, Underwriting, Data and other domains.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery planning and execution for one or more multi‑year technology initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the program, documenting and facilitating delivery logistics.
• Partner with leaders from various functions to define and sequence technology delivery.
• Develop multi‑year roadmaps that align all key technology interaction points.
• Own program risk management, maintain a risk register, and manage escalations.
• Establish and run program governance structures, including steering committees, RACI matrices and decision logs.
• Create clear communication channels and stakeholder management plans to eliminate friction.
• Map dependencies across domains and portfolios to ensure harmonized program increments.
• Define and report delivery metrics, financial performance and product team health.
• Contribute to the GRS Technical Program Manager community and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus‑building abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence transformational outcomes.
• In‑depth knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies.
• Deep understanding of agile methodology and the ability to mobilize multiple agile teams.
