About the role
The Program Technician supports the statewide 4-H Youth Development program within the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture. This role assists in expanding emerging programs and fostering collaboration across the state’s 4-H network.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and implementing the state 4-H college scholarship program.
- Coordinate communication between the state 4-H team and 4-H leadership.
- Support planning and execution of statewide 4-H events.
- Gather, organize, and report on statewide impact data.
- Maintain enrollment and reporting systems for 4-H participants.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of the state 4-H website.
Required profile
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple program components.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with team members and leadership.
- Attention to detail for accurate data collection and reporting.
