Program Coordinator – National Security & International Affairs

About the role

Grand Ground Enterprise is seeking Program Coordinators to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Policy. The role involves coordinating regional cooperative initiatives and strategic international security efforts that directly impact U.S. national security objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support execution of regional cooperative initiatives and strategic international engagements.
• Analyze complex regional security issues and provide recommendations aligned with U.S. strategic goals.
• Independently manage bilateral and multilateral defense cooperation programs and engagements.
• Develop briefing materials, white papers, reports, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate interagency and international events, conferences, and strategic engagements.
• Collaborate with DoD, interagency partners, and international allies to ensure synchronized program execution.
• Support policy development, strategic planning, and program management related to international security cooperation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Political Science, National Security, Public Policy, or a related field (Master’s/Doctoral may substitute).
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Experience working in interagency or international security environments is preferred.
