About the role
Under general supervision, the Program Aide – Publications Assistant supports the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service’s educational media by handling graphic and publishing tasks. The role focuses on designing accessible print and electronic publications and editing graphics and photos for various outreach materials.
Key responsibilities
- Design professional and accessible print and electronic publications using industry‑standard software.
- Maintain and organize project documents, including revisions, approvals, drafts, and artwork.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and coordinate with team members to deliver timely outputs.
Required profile
- Experience with Adobe InDesign.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent attention to detail.
