Professional Learning Facilitator (Independent Contractor)

About the role

Transfr is looking for experienced Professional Learning Facilitators to deliver high‑impact, in‑person training that builds educator capacity and maximizes the value of its career exploration and workforce readiness solutions. This independent contractor role focuses on Career & Technical Education (CTE) and workforce development contexts across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person professional learning sessions to customers, customizing content for CTE and workforce development contexts.
• Guide educators and administrators through the features and functionality of Transfr’s solutions.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, informing curriculum development and resource planning.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions throughout the customer journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering professional learning or training for educators, preferably in K‑12, higher education, workforce development, or CTE settings.
• 2+ years of experience working with technology‑enabled instructional solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States and be based in Georgia.

What we offer

• Independent contractor role with a day rate starting at $800 (training sessions at $400 per day).
