About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Production Manager to lead volunteer development, support worship gatherings, and steward production equipment and resources for Cornerstone Church. The role reports to Jacob Boyd and works closely with worship and ministry teams to deliver high‑quality services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, train, and care for production volunteers, creating creative pathways for growth.
- Operate and coordinate production systems to support worship gatherings, youth events, and other ministry services.
- Manage financial resources and oversee equipment stewardship, identifying needs and deploying new systems.
- Coordinate production for off‑site events such as Salt Company kick‑offs and retreats.
- Lead high‑level audio operators for major events (Easter, Christmas Eve, key Sundays).
- Represent production at weekly service planning meetings for core gatherings.
