About the role
Netflix’s Brand Creative Studio is looking for a Production Designer to help scale high‑volume, brand‑led design work across multiple business units. As an individual contributor you will translate brand strategy into consistent visual assets for marketing, product, consumer products, live experiences and corporate communications.
Key responsibilities
- Design and produce a large volume of brand‑centric assets, including lower‑funnel marketing pieces, campaign toolkits, sales collateral and presentation decks.
- Work within established brand systems, templates and production frameworks to ensure visual consistency and high quality.
- Apply strong design fundamentals—typography, layout, hierarchy and clarity—to every deliverable.
- Collaborate closely with partners in Brand, Product Marketing, Consumer Products, Netflix House and Corporate Communications to support diverse creative needs.
- Partner with the Senior Manager, Production Design to refine processes and maintain system‑driven efficiency.
Required profile
- Portfolio that demonstrates solid design fundamentals, meticulous attention to detail and experience working within brand systems.
- Ability to produce high‑quality work at scale while maintaining craft.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and comfort partnering with multiple business units.
- Self‑starter attitude as an individual contributor within a fast‑paced creative studio.
