Product Software Engineer

About the role

In this role you will build the product experiences around Cartesia’s real‑time multimodal voice models. You’ll work across Voices, Playground and other core surfaces, owning end‑to‑end delivery and shaping usability, quality and developer experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship polished, intuitive experiences that translate powerful model capabilities into usable workflows.
• Own customer problems from discovery and prototyping through implementation, launch, measurement and iteration.
• Accelerate customers’ ability to evaluate, configure and integrate Cartesia’s voice models.
• Define product quality metrics, build analytics, experiments and regression tracking to surface successes and failures.

Required profile

• Experience building and operating customer‑facing software in production, preferably at a high‑growth startup.
• Strong product instincts focused on outcomes, usability, quality and developer experience.
• Full‑stack capability to own a product surface across frontend, backend, APIs, data and operations.
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical audiences and strong cross‑functional partnership.
• Habit of staying current with frontier technologies and using coding agents.
