Product Owner – HEDIS & STAR (Healthcare)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Product Owner to lead HEDIS and STAR initiatives within its Healthcare unit. You will work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to translate regulatory and quality‑improvement requirements into actionable product features.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional and non‑functional requirements, documenting customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to define product requirements and risk assessments.
• Create architectural designs, prototypes, and user‑experience elements for the product.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from design to implementation.
• Develop implementation checklists, SOPs, and user guides, and support production issue resolution.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare payer operations and Medicare Advantage programs.
• Ability to work across all phases of the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to rollout.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
• Experience with SaaS architecture and system integrations.
• Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks.
• Understanding of HEDIS and STAR quality‑improvement reporting.
