Product Operations

About the role

Method Security is looking for a Product Operations professional to bring structure and clarity to its fast‑moving product development environment. You will act as the central hub that synchronises engineering, design and customer‑facing teams, turning chaos and ambiguity into organized delivery and clear narratives for customers and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Synchronise plans and schedules across development teams for internal visibility.
• Partner with deployment and sales teams to provide precise product‑roadmap details.
• Help author and maintain product documentation.
• Collect and organise customer feedback and deployment requirements for development consumption.
• Create product‑marketing material in collaboration with development owners.
• Manage administrative aspects of the product delivery lifecycle, including cost tracking.

Required profile

• Experience thriving in fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environments.
• High agency, urgency, sound judgment and strong follow‑through.
• Obsessive organisational skills and excellent communication.
• Resourceful, comfortable operating in ambiguity and willing to do whatever it takes.
• Motivated by Method’s mission at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity and national security.
