Principal Consultant – Revenue Operations and Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead Revenue Operations and Enablement initiatives. In this senior internal consulting position, you will partner with product, finance, sales and operations teams to translate complex business challenges into structured, scalable solutions within the pricing and billing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and convert them into clear problem statements and solution frameworks.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops and solution walkthroughs, providing subject‑matter guidance on pricing models and billing constraints.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions across pricing, billing and downstream operational processes, identifying system impacts, dependencies and risks.
• Develop reusable solution patterns and consulting playbooks to standardize delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities and contributing to best‑practice governance.
• Lead initiatives through the full lifecycle from intake and assessment to implementation and post‑launch support.

Required profile

• Senior internal consultant with deep business analysis expertise.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops and act as a trusted advisor.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations and scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of pricing, billing and enterprise system constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and data‑informed decision‑making capability.
