About the role
We are seeking a guru‑level Power Platform and SharePoint expert to design, build, and govern enterprise‑grade solutions. The role combines deep technical delivery with platform evangelism, helping citizen developers and ensuring compliance across both ecosystems.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.) to support business processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable applications and features.
- Administer and govern Power Platform and SharePoint environments, including DLP policies, security roles, solution management, and compliance.
- Act as a Power Platform evangelist, promoting best practices, mentoring citizen developers, and driving adoption.
- Customize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in SharePoint Online using SPFx.
- Extend capabilities with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Runbooks; automate tasks with PowerShell.
- Provide technical guidance to team members, stakeholders, and end users.
- Stay current with emerging trends in SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of advanced expertise in Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Business Process Flows, Connectors).
- 5+ years administering Power Platform and SharePoint, including governance, DLP policies, environment management, and security roles.
- Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and administration.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Required skills
- Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Business Process Flows, Connectors).
- SharePoint Online and SPFx development.
- PowerShell scripting.
- Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Runbooks.
- Power BI (preferred), AI Builder, Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents).
