About the role
Jubilee Media is seeking a Post Producer to lead the post‑production process from wrap to delivery. The role blends creative oversight with operational management, ensuring digital, social, and branded content is produced on time, on brand, and at the highest quality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage post schedules, workflows, and budgets to ensure efficiency and on‑time delivery.
- Oversee the post‑production budget and make strategic recommendations for spend optimization.
- Hire, coordinate, and negotiate contracts with freelance editors, providing footage and communication.
- Create and maintain processes for organizing the asset library, ensuring data backups and seamless access.
- Design and implement post‑production processes that balance operational efficiency with creative quality.
- Evaluate and improve file and data management systems for consistency, accessibility, and security.
- Manage deliverables for YouTube and Spotify releases, coordinating timelines and specifications.
- Develop strategies to optimize scheduling and task management, streamlining workflows.
- Delegate and track tasks for full‑time and freelance editors, ensuring high‑quality output.
- Represent post‑production in cross‑functional kickoff meetings to gather edit scheduling needs.
- Mentor and guide editors through regular feedback, fostering team cohesion and growth.
- Serve as the communication hub between post‑production and Production, Brand Partnerships, and Brand Marketing.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in post‑production.
