Personal Banker II – The Colony

About the role

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Personal Banker II to deliver an exceptional customer experience in The Colony. The role combines relationship management, consultative sales, and teller transaction processing while working as part of the platform staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating and maintaining relationships within an assigned book of business through proactive outreach.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the bank’s products, services, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and ensure needs are met.
• Analyze credit data and related financial information to match customers with appropriate solutions.
• Provide support for current and new technology offerings.
• Process teller transactions accurately and adhere to balancing guidelines.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct, ethics policies, and all regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 months of customer‑service experience, or a college degree or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to develop relationships with new and existing households.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills representing Fifth Third Bank.
• Business acumen and sound decision‑making ability.
• SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
