Part‑Time House Manager for Busy LA Family

About the role

We are a dynamic couple in Los Angeles seeking a reliable part‑time House Manager to keep our home organized, support meal preparation, and care for our two cats. The role is 5‑10 hours per week, primarily on Tuesdays and one additional weekday, with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems, manage supply lists, and handle daily resets before cleaners arrive.
• Run errands such as restocking pantry items, handling deliveries, and coordinating donation drop‑offs.
• Prepare 1‑2 healthy meals or snacks each week, shop at the local farmer’s market, and keep the kitchen clean.
• Wash, fold, and organize laundry; rotate linens and maintain tidy laundry areas.
• Care for two cats, including playtime, litter cleaning, and maintaining food supplies.
• Serve as point of contact for cleaners, contractors, and vendors, and perform minor home maintenance tasks (e.g., changing batteries, light bulbs).
