About the role
We are seeking a reliable, organized House Manager & Family Assistant to support our active family of four in Park City, UT. The role is part‑time, split‑shift, and focuses on household management, childcare, and occasional pet care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily household resets: dishes, surfaces, vacuuming high‑traffic areas, and maintain organization systems.
- Provide hands‑on childcare, including school pick‑ups, after‑school activities, homework support, and routine supervision.
- Coordinate errands and inventory: grocery shopping, supply restocking, laundry, and pet care.
- Oversee vendors and property maintenance, schedule cleaners, landscapers, and handle seasonal vehicle upkeep.
- Assist with meal preparation, ingredient prep, and occasional light cooking.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of direct hands‑on childcare experience.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable transportation, smoke‑free environment, and ability to work flexible hours.
- Calm, detail‑oriented, and proactive with strong discretion and confidentiality.
