Part Time Flex Sales Associate

About the role

Pandora is looking for enthusiastic part‑time Flex Sales Associates to join the team at Tanger Outlets Palm Beach. You will work during peak periods such as evenings, weekends, holidays and special promotions, delivering a world‑class shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers with product knowledge and inspire them to style Pandora jewellery.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by building genuine connections.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support daily store operations.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, stepping in during high‑traffic times.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and variable hours.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
