About the role

Infosys' Oracle unit is seeking an Oracle OSC Consultant to join its San Ramon team. The role focuses on delivering Oracle Cloud and eBusiness Suite solutions, supporting clients in sales planning and process manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture design by customizing ERP modules and features based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure customizations comply with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training for effective knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques with a sector focus.
• Ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
