About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion Service Cloud Consultant to join its Oracle practice in the United States. The role involves working with clients to design, customize, and implement Oracle Cloud Service Cloud solutions across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and validate specifications against ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture design and customize Oracle Cloud modules to meet detailed business needs.
• Develop and integrate new features, perform code reviews, and maintain a stable codebase.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure seamless data flow between ERP and other systems.
• Assess system performance, identify enhancements, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation and deliver user training for effective knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable development tasks.
