About the role
Kinnect, an Ohio‑based non‑profit focused on strengthening kinship connections, is seeking an Operations Manager to support the design and deployment of its operational infrastructure. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership, you will help align resources and processes with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design, document, implement and maintain operational processes and procedures.
- Align resources and workflows to meet key performance indicators.
- Identify and drive efficiency improvements, system strengthening, and process streamlining.
- Provide timely operational insights, analysis, and information to support leadership decision‑making.
- Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of trust, transparency, and shared accountability.
- Ensure compliance and sustainability of operational practices.

- Strong multi‑tasking skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
