About the role
The Office Manager will be the central point for keeping Jellycat’s New York office running smoothly and creating a welcoming, brand‑aligned environment for employees, visitors and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supply management, vendor relationships and overall office functionality.
- Maintain a polished, welcoming workspace that reflects Jellycat’s creative brand standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, candidates and vendors, delivering a high‑quality experience.
- Manage office budgets, track expenses and negotiate contracts to ensure cost‑effective operations.
- Coordinate catering, mail distribution and day‑to‑day office services.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and oversee visitor management processes.
- Lead employee‑engagement initiatives, office events and team‑building activities.
- Support project management across departments, helping coordinate timelines, resources and deliverables.
- Assist with health & safety initiatives, training programs and compliance processes.
- Provide basic IT support, troubleshoot simple technical issues and coordinate with external IT partners.
Required profile
- 5+ years of office management experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities while remaining calm.
- Located within commuting distance of the New York City office and able to work on‑site five days a week.
