About the role
The Office Assistant will manage the front desk from Monday to Friday, serving as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. This role combines administrative, clerical, and customer‑service duties to ensure a smooth and professional reception experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in‑person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area and common spaces.
- Control access by monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Order and manage front‑office supplies and keep inventory.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Organize conference and meeting‑room bookings.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Offer administrative support across the organization and perform ad‑hoc duties.
Required profile
- Ability to operate the phone system.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Willingness to assist where needed across the office.
