Occupational Therapist – Kids First Clinic (Fort Smith)

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a contracted Occupational Therapist to join the Kids First clinic in Fort Smith. You will work with infants and young children (birth‑to‑5) who present a range of motor delays and disorders, delivering evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based occupational therapy to children birth‑to‑5 with motor delays/disorders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team within the UAMS Kids First clinic.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with UAMS policies.

Required profile

• Current Arkansas license to practice occupational therapy.
• Commitment to work as a contracted team member in a pediatric setting.
• Compliance with UAMS Covid‑19 vaccination policy or approved exemption.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
