About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a contingent Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the Kids First clinic team. You will work with children from birth to five years old, delivering evidence‑based therapy for fine motor delays.
Key responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to the birth‑to‑5 population with fine motor challenges.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Travel to additional Kids First locations as needed to support service delivery.
Required profile
- Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Current Arkansas occupational therapy assistant license.
- Certification by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) or eligibility to sit for the exam.
- Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant is desirable.
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
- Full COVID‑19 vaccination or approved exemption.
