About the role

Join Susquehanna Health and Wellness Center as a full‑time Charge Registered Nurse working the 7 pm‑7 am night shift. The position includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, daily pay option, and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance, initiate disciplinary actions, and complete performance evaluations.
• Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the care team, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
• Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, policies, and procedures that ensure quality care.
• Supervise nursing personnel, provide leadership, and maintain a safe, compliant clinical environment.
• Document resident conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to the care team.

Required profile

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Knowledge of age‑related care needs and nursing best practices.
• Strong teamwork and tactful communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Understanding of nursing laws, regulations, and facility guidelines.
• Leadership and supervisory ability.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Successful completion of background check, physical and drug screening.
