Mulesoft Architect – Enterprise Integration Lead

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Mulesoft Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide integration solutions. The role focuses on creating API‑led frameworks, guiding migration from legacy TIBCO workflows, and ensuring robust governance and security across all integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise API‑led integration architectures and reusable patterns.
• Lead migration initiatives from TIBCO BusinessWorks (5.x/6.x) and EMS to modern MuleSoft platforms.
• Enforce development standards, CI/CD automation, and API security guidelines such as OAuth and mTLS.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct architectural reviews, and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams to integrate MuleSoft solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with MuleSoft (CloudHub, API Manager) and TIBCO Suite (BusinessWorks, EMS).
• Strong background in microservices, SOA, and pub/sub messaging architectures.
• Proven ability to lead development teams and drive architectural excellence.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $120,000 – $145,000 per year.
