MRB Engineer II – A220 (Aerospace)

About the role

Airbus is seeking an MRB Engineer II to support the A220 program at its Mobile, Alabama manufacturing facility. The engineer will act as the liaison for the Manufacturing Review Board (MRB), developing and approving technical solutions to aircraft non‑conformities.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review, approve and release technical solutions for aircraft non‑conformities.
• Represent a specific engineering specialty (e.g., Aircraft Systems, Cabin, Electrical & Mechanical Installation, Structures) within the MRB process.
• Collaborate with production, quality and design teams to ensure compliant and timely resolution of issues.
• Document and communicate approved solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in aerospace or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with MRB or similar non‑conformance resolution processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop engineering solutions.
• Effective communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary groups.
