MEDITECH Expanse Pharmacy Analyst (Remote)

About the role

CereCore is looking for a MEDITECH Expanse Pharmacy (PHA) Analyst to support HCA Healthcare’s pharmacy domain. This 12‑month contract role is fully remote and focuses on optimizing the MEDITECH Pharmacy module, ensuring workflows align with clinical and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain the Pharmacy module within MEDITECH Expanse.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, clinicians, and IT stakeholders to drive enhancements and resolve issues.
• Develop documentation, project content, and training materials for internal and external use.
• Lead client communications on project timelines, risks, and best practices.
• Monitor work for accuracy, incorporate lessons learned, and support continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist with 7+ years of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Expert knowledge of MEDITECH Expanse and pharmacy order set development.
• Proven ability to map NDCs to Drug IDs and configure medication workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or within a project team.
