About the role

Join TruePoint Communications’ high‑impact intelligence team as a Media Monitoring & Real‑Time Insights Specialist. You will use cutting‑edge monitoring platforms to track industry trends, capture breaking news, and deliver actionable insights that keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver executive reports summarizing key stories, industry trends, and reputational risks or opportunities.
• Utilize media monitoring platforms such as Cision, Critical Mention, and NewsWhip to track and analyze relevant conversations.
• Identify breaking news and emerging issues, alerting clients with timely strategic recommendations.
• Conduct sentiment analysis on brand‑related coverage and provide impact assessments.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to align insights with client objectives and agency initiatives.

Required profile

• Must reside in AL, AZ, FL, GA, KY, MI, MO, NC, RI, TN, or TX.
• Ability to work 1‑2 weekday mornings (6:00 am‑8:00 am CT) and flexible non‑traditional hours.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to turn complex data into clear reports.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and provide real‑time recommendations.
